Due to the Corona Virus, All classes are on hold until further notice.

Classes are structured for the 55+ population and are open to people in the surrounding community. All levels of strength and flexibility are welcome. Chairs and props are used when needed. Class sessions are ongoing and start every 6 weeks. Join anytime and class fee is prorated accordingly.
 

Join any time and session fee is pro-rated for the number of weeks left.

Payment may be made in cash or by check payable to: Laurie A. Daley.

Inclement weather cancellation policy:

Classes are canceled if there is no school at Amherst public schools.

Please check the website or call prior to heading out for class.

As always, your discretion is of the utmost importance when deciding to drive in inclement weather conditions.
